The Resistente pizzeria, as its name suggests, is a charming place. A simple, well-kept environment, impeccably managed by the talented and cheerful Matteo. We were served with professionalism and attention. We are vegan, and unlike too many other occasions, we didn't encounter the slightest obstacle in ordering. The pizza is delicious: the leavening was excellent, as was the cooking. Fresh ingredients. Very fair prices.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to return often due to its distance, but we will certainly plan to stop by for dinner. Best regards to everyone. Let's resist!
