We were looking for a place to stop for dinner on a trip to Cagliari. Nice atmosphere, excellent service, and really good pizza. The price was also excellent.

We stopped for dinner by chance and were truly thrilled. The atmosphere is charming, like that of a small village, not to mention the beautiful setting, like that of a classic trattoria, but more chic. We shared a meat appetizer and a s'arzola (a kind of pasta dish). We loved the cured meats, as well as the onions and everything else. The pizzas, beyond our expectations, were truly incredible! And the price was super reasonable! I recommend it if you're passing through; it's just 10 minutes from the Orotelli exit of the highway.

It's reputed to be the best pizzeria on the island, and in my opinion, it truly offers excellent quality and value for money. The place is very pleasant, spacious, and well-decorated. The service is attentive and efficient. It's truly a very good choice. Highly recommended.

I finally managed to try this famous pizza in the heart of Sardinia. Absolutely satisfied with everything, quality of the pizza, service and environment. As I read in the reviews I booked before 8pm and everything went smoothly.
I tried the house pizza "S'arzola" and it was excellent for the quality of the dough, the leavening and the raw materials.
All the other guests were very happy.
My partner, an expert in pizza (she makes it very well), also did the alveoli test.. well, there they were.
In short, my high expectations were all met. Super honest price.
I would add that opening and managing a pizzeria for at least 20 years in an area so far from the coast is truly a difficult undertaking if not a real war, especially in maintaining the quality and variety of pizzas and dough offered, and I am pleased to note that after 20 years not only has it maintained the standards but it is always improving. CONGRATULATIONS
Last thing, I left the dog at home and when I returned he was alive and well. You can at most not agree with the choice of not allowing dogs in but you cannot judge a restaurant for the opposite choice.
