The atmosphere is truly welcoming, the place is amazing and historic!! Truly a gem! I can't wait to go back for the pizza too! Not to mention the terrace, which will be amazing in the summer! The dishes are truly gourmet!

I had lunch at this restaurant on Tuesday, February 17, and had a truly positive experience. The restaurant is located slightly outside of Tivoli's city center, but it's definitely worth the trip. The setting is elegant and welcoming, with a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The menu offers refined, beautifully presented dishes and generous portions. Everything I tried was well-prepared, with quality ingredients and perfect pairings. The service was courteous and attentive, the timing was right, and the overall experience was excellent. I would gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for refined cuisine in a pleasant setting, even outside the most central areas.

The new management was a pleasant surprise. We had pizzas, and what can I say?! Amazing dough, tasty and light. We will definitely be back to try the first courses, especially the pasta alla genovese 😍😍. PS: Congratulations to the skill of the girl who served us, for her kindness and ability to interact with the customers.

Today, after a morning of volunteering with my Retake group, I had the pleasure of discovering La Buca di Sant’Antonio. The place is welcoming, and the staff are extremely kind and professional. Speaking as a former Chef des Partis, the quality of the cuisine here is truly excellent. I tried the pasta, potatoes, and provola, a typical Neapolitan dish, and I can say this with full knowledge of the facts: my grandmother was from Nola, Campania, and I know what I'm talking about! The restaurant's version is authentic and flavorful, with the provola blending perfectly with the pasta and potatoes, creating a unique balance of flavors. I've never tasted so good unless I make it myself! I absolutely loved the bruschetta offered as an appetizer—three different types, especially the one with chicken livers: a true delight. From the first to the last course, every course confirmed the high quality of the cuisine. Excellent prices for the service and quality. Highly recommended! I can't wait to go back and try the pizza. 😄
