I've been frequenting this restaurant for years and feel compelled to disagree with what a supposed customer wrote, considering that—from what I can see—she didn't even sit at the table. In all this time, I've never encountered any hygiene or food safety issues: the place is always clean, the staff is attentive, and the pizza and farinata are among the best in Turin. The decision not to allow pets is a completely legitimate business decision and should be respected. Before judging, it's worth considering that staff members or other customers may be allergic to animal hair. This has nothing to do with "not loving living beings," but rather with protecting everyone's health and well-being.
