Pizzeria Sa Crocoriga In Torino

Finalmente ho provato la buonissima pizza al padellino di Sa Crocoriga (pecorino e salciccia sarda, slurp!). Il locale è semplice, accogliente - come i gestori e il personale - i prezzi sono onesti e... dimenticavo, buona anche la farinata. Sa Crocoriga non è un nuovo locale, ed è una di quelle realtà che fanno di Torino una città piena di sorprese piacevoli. Da provare, e riprovare. Bravi!

Già visitata in passato. Pizza al tegamino ottima, impasto perfetto arricchita abbondantemente, con molta varietà da scegliere. Possibilità di farinata, non solo classica ma con molte variazioni. Ambiente famigliare, con gentilezza e simpatia da parte del personale.

We have been wanting to try the pan pizza at this place for a while, because according to friends it is the best in the area and so here we are last night. The place is deliberately left spartan in the early 80s style although very clean. But let's move on to the real reason for the visit: pizza and farinata.. Nothing to say, the rumors were true, really excellent. Cooking 10 Filling 10 Quality products and kindness that make the experience even more pleasant The place was full as every evening.. BETTER TO BOOK (closed on Sundays.... Because according to the owner, work is work but you must not neglect the family).... And for this maxim of his I WOULD already ADOPT it recommended 👍

Quiet place, friendly and easy-going managers, fantastic pizza. I don't know if it's due to the excellent quality ingredients, the skill of the pizza chefs or both, but you can really eat a pizza this good in very few places in Turin! Five stars.
