First time on Valentine's Day at the Ro.Vi pizzeria, a pleasant discovery. Welcoming, helpful and dynamic staff manage the room, responding to customer requests in the right time. Clean place with attention to detail, with an elegant and minimal style. The most pleasant thing is the peaceful atmosphere, very soft music and a silent environment, where you can spend peaceful hours in the company of good food.
The appetizer consisting of fried foods is perfectly made; crocchè, pastry omelette and arancino, all with crunchy breading, interior made of quality ingredients and the flavor is noticeable, but for the first time it is a non-greasy fried food, I don't know if it's the skill of the chef but I have the impression that they were put in the oven after being fried, in any case congratulations because you can see that they are studied.
We arrive at the pizza, we chose "La mista" and "Marinara a modo nostra", thin, light and soft dough, a sign of a high percentage of hydration; fresh and quality ingredients, spices such as oregano and basil on the marinara released an excellent smell. The pizza is made with quality products and can be felt starting from the bases, I noticed the predominant scent of flour through the "mixed" pizza; a quality flour, and I like it. The disappointing part of the evening was the dessert, you could see that they had run out of desserts and they cunningly created a series of quick desserts, recycling the pizza dough. Bombetta with Nutella, bombetta with ricotta and apricot jam, rags with Nutella, these are their proposals, while at another table they had served a tiramisu or other fresh desserts. In my opinion, if you have a number of seats booked, you have to reserve at least the dessert for them, for those who join the last one, perhaps you can fall back on something else. However, regardless of this small flaw, the dessert was not to our liking, too heavy after having already eaten fried foods and pizza; I recommend offering tarts served with a splash of cream or vanilla ice cream. Something that is always ready and that you can consume over several days. Another small note is the lack of a parking space, during the week it can be fine, you can find a small workaround, but I think that on weekends it is more difficult to manage.
In any case, we will definitely be back, to taste the excellent pizza and enjoy the welcome and the quiet atmosphere away from the chaos.

Hall in the basement, windowless. Pizza, on the other hand, was enjoyable, service was quick and efficient. Prices cheap. Recommended!

UPDATE: Pizzas good and delivered early.
Good pizzas, delivered almost an hour late, but being the week of August (with most of the pizzerias closed!) and on top of it being Saturday, I don't feel like "condemning" them any longer...

Locale piccolo ma accogliente che offre anche servizio d'asporto. Persone super garbato e professionale. Pizza "A' Rot e Carrett" come suggerisce la vera tradizione napoletana, molto leggera e con lievitazione ottima. Antipasto eccellente, si percepisce subito che è fatto tutto in casa da loro. Posto eccellente e posizionato anche in modo strategico, proprio di fianco agli Scavi Archeologici di Ercolano.
Ci ritornerò sicuramente!
