I recently went to Pizzeria Rosita and I must say that the experience was... special. Let's start with the strong point: the pizza is really excellent! The dough was soft and well leavened, the ingredients were of high quality and the flavor was truly balanced. Sincere compliments to the chef, because you can see that there is passion and care in the preparation. Unfortunately, however, I cannot ignore an unpleasant episode: I found some hair in the pizza. It was really unpleasant and detracted from the overall experience. I hope this was an isolated case, because the quality of the food deserves to be accompanied by greater attention to hygiene. In conclusion, I recommend the pizzeria for the goodness of the pizza, but I hope they improve these aspects to guarantee a more pleasant experience.
