It is well known that the calzones produced in this pizzeria have no equal in the world. Anyone who has tasted them, from Calabrian to Neapolitan, from Roman to Milanese, from French to English, has easily understood that they are eating the best fried calzone ever.

Below the expectations fueled by the fame it enjoys. Calzone well fried but poor, just a little sauce and mozzarella. Regarding pizza by the slice, in my opinion there is much better. In conclusion, good, but not an excellent place

The Roman trousers are unique and impeccable, because the spiciness is just right, it's not an exaggeration, even getting angry seems a bit much to me. I was born and raised in Calabria, as a great emigrant, my partner of 16 years now, and some Nordic friends, we meet 3 times a week to eat it when we go down. And when we go up to eat, we always say "we would like a Roman calzone" 🤗

given my experience, I can say that it is one of the best restaurants in the area, hot calzone, as per tradition, good quality pizza, recommended place, welcoming people

Scoperto qualche anno fa grazie a mia moglie e non ne posso più fare a meno !!
Io e mio figlio siamo pazzi dei loro calzoni,
Morbido fuori per niente unti e deliziosi all’interno con una punta di piccantino che qui in Calabria non deve mancare … provare per credere ! E il prezzo estremamente onesto : 1,50 !!! Ogni anno merita io nostro passaggio

The "Romana" always remains the number one of the sliced pizzerias in Crotone.
The trousers are the strong point.

Fast food take-out, but very good pizza and calzone. Fresh and hot!
Take a number, wait your turn, order and enjoy some of the best pizza and calzone in Crotone.
Oh, and expect a long line up...but the wait is worth it.

Il calzone della Romana è una istituzione a Crotone. Tappa imprescindibile. Vero cibo da strada a prezzi super pop.
Calzone a colazione, pranzo, merenda e cena. Tavolini in estero, se fortunati a trovare posto.
