Attention to the quality of the ingredients and welcoming helpfulness of the staff, digestible pinsa even if not excellent, my husband did not like the supplì very much (for which he has a sort of veneration, therefore a very demanding judgement!)

Friendliness aside, the handmade supplì are out of this world!! You can feel the care that goes into every step. The pinza is something unique, in the opinion of those who have worked in the sector, for better or worse, the dough is excellent. Light and tasty, Uncle's PINSA is not eaten, it is savored, bite after bite. Highly recommended
