Pizzeria Road Runner In Praia a mare

Had a quick dinner at this pizzeria attracted by the photos and very positive reviews. The dough for the pizzas is really excellent, low and crunchy as per the Roman tradition. The ingredients used are good, except for the mozzarella, which is really too similar to a thin slice. Average fried food.

Good pizza and affordable prices

Really very good pizza, assorted, for all tastes, crispy edge, excellent I would say, very kind staff despite the hard time serving, always with a smile, cleanliness, good organization also to manage waiting times without creating chaos.

We discovered this place by chance and we had a great time 😋

A little small but everything is there. Pizza by the slice and homemade arancini. Slices with pizza with different fillings (try the one with truffle, or pumpkin and scamorza). Quick table service, with electronic order notification system. Well managed and really honest prices.

I had lunch at this place attracted by the excellent reviews, but unfortunately I was disappointed. The arancini were average, while the pizza, although crunchy and tasty, did not live up to 5-star expectations. If you are looking for a place to eat quickly, it can be a good choice, but if you have other alternatives, I recommend you consider them.

I'm super surprised to find this little spot as one with (among the) best pizzas I had in Italy. It's not a restaurant but rather a pizza al taglio (slices) so its casual and appropriate for a quick bite even. Some people like thick dough, but others like me, like a thin and crusty one which was just perfect. The toppings were also good. My favorite one was the Tuna but others were good as well. We were 2 people and we had 6 pieces altogether plus 1 bottle of beer. For that we paid 15 eur (I assume 2 for each and 3 for the beer). Service was good as well so I would definitely recommend this place! Enjoy 🙂

Very kind and friendly staff, prices are affordable. The pizza is surprisingly very tasty.
