I had a brilliant time at the hotel. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly and just made you feel so welcome. I booked directly and they upgraded my room free of charge. It's a little bit of a distance from Orosei so would recommend maybe hiring a car. The beach nearby was incredible and the whole stay was relaxing. If you are looking at staying in Sardinia, I would highly recommend. Definitely planning on returning again. Many thanks.

Reasonable price, hardly the 4 star hotel they advertise, 2 plus star at best. Great large swimming pool, well tended. The best bit of a tired hotel complex. OK for a short stay.

We're here for a week in the fall. The hotel is quiet now. It's quite far to the beach, though. A rental car is essential, as there isn't much to see!

It is certainly a nice residential hotel, the rooms are nice but with some maintenance problems, the football pitch and tennis court practically need to be fixed as soon as possible, while the swimming pools are excellent, so good, but with small renovations it would be excellent 👍

Third consecutive year at this residence, everything was great, from the apartment, the services, the location, to the kindness and hospitality of the reception. The only downside this year is the annoying and loud music that the lifeguards play for two hours in the evening until the pool closes!!! What a relaxing time for us guests, who choose September to enjoy the tranquility...

This is my second year back, and this year, I found some shortcomings in the apartment cleaning service, and I'm sorry about that...

We stayed three people—two adults and a 9-year-old child—for eight nights in a three-room apartment, and overall the experience was positive, although there were a few areas that could be improved. Among the village's strong points were undoubtedly the two swimming pools and the entertainment program, which made our stay more enjoyable in the late afternoon after returning from the beach and in the evening after dinner. We also greatly appreciated the 24-hour reception, a real convenience, although we never used it. The location is truly excellent: close to all essential services, including three supermarkets, a bakery, a butcher, restaurants, a pharmacy, and ice cream shops, all within easy walking distance, which greatly simplifies daily life. Not to mention the fact that it's just a few kilometers from the beaches of Cala Liberotto, Berchida, Biderosa, and many other truly stunning coves. One final aspect that I think is a plus compared to many other properties is the flexible check-in/out schedule, which doesn't force you to stay on a specific day of the week (in practice, you're not forced to stay seven nights, from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday, as is almost always the case). As for areas for improvement that could truly make a difference, we encountered a few critical issues. Regarding the air conditioning, we knew there was a charge for its use. We requested the remote control to make sure it was available, but in reality, we never used it. Upon checkout, however, we were charged for each day of "supposed" use, without any actual verification through consumption or other means. This seemed like a questionable approach. In our apartment, the shower glass was broken: we reported it, but unfortunately it wasn't repaired during our stay. The cutlery wasn't entirely clean, the mosquito net was missing from the bathroom window, the only pan had a scratched bottom (not great for your health), and the air conditioning unit drain for the upstairs apartment wasn't properly managed because it was wetting our outdoor patio. A more thorough inspection of the apartments before guests' arrival could easily resolve similar issues. The waste sorting system also seemed unclear for those arriving from out of the region; I would suggest providing a simple information sheet in each apartment with information on collection points and disposal methods; it would be really helpful. Another aspect that impacted our experience was the presence of numerous mosquitoes and wasps. Finally, we noted that the pool filters could be more effective, as sea water seemed clearer than pool water, especially in the late afternoon, starting around 5:00 PM. I hope this review is helpful to the managers and anyone thinking of staying at this property!

We had a truly unforgettable holiday at Residence Ontani, and much of the credit goes to Mariapaola's extraordinary welcome at reception. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel at home: kindness, professionalism, and availability were the hallmarks of her service. Always smiling, she was ready to respond to every need with great courtesy and attention. The property is in a perfect location for exploring some of Sardinia's most beautiful beaches, all easily accessible and simply spectacular. Every day was a pleasure to discover new coves, relax in the sun, and enjoy the crystal-clear sea. Everything was magnificent, from the first to the last day. A stay that left us with wonderful memories and a great desire to return. Thank you so much to Mariapaola and the entire staff at Residence Ontani for making our holiday so special!

Very nice, simple, clean, and most importantly, it has air conditioning (which you can choose whether or not). The staff is helpful and smiling. There's also gentle, unobtrusive entertainment. I'll definitely be back.
