Pizzeria Ristorante Ferrero di Messineo Paolo In Castelletto cervo

Paolino is always a sure thing. Last night I arrived late and hungry with my friends, we asked if at 11:30 pm we could still eat pizza... positive response, extreme kindness and we waited very little. For my ortolana I was undecided between parmesan and mozzarella on the pizza, Paolino made me both variations so I could decide what I liked best. Obviously years of work and passion are felt, the parmesan makes a crust on the vegetables and gives them an extra boost! So much stuff 🤤 And as always, digested very well despite the hour, and without drinking all night. We will be back 😊

Quiet trattoria outside Buronzo... Good food and very popular prices... Historic environment...but clean and tidy!!!
