24/07/2024: My dear readers, I return to do a review of a place with piadina specialties. In truth I went to this place because I was intrigued by some but I say some negative reviews; I wanted to personally see if these negative reviews were true or not. For those who know me and have followed me for a long time, they know very well that when I make my reviews they are based on certain and truthful facts, not to be followed or because I am an influencer.. . but because I love eating well and spending my money intelligently.
In the cities, the places specifically dedicated to this specialty are multiplying, let's remember that in Treviso the Piadineria premises have opened and I have tasted all their specialties and honestly speaking I say that their product is passable but not exceptional nor excellent... But if I want a piadina of excellent quality and price I prefer to come to this place called Al posticino. The piadinas are perfect, thin rolled dough that always combines with the filling in a balanced way.
I blindly give 5 stars to this place for cleanliness, order, excellent quality food, friendly, very kind staff, very professional and attentive in recommending their best specialties; as regards the price, it is a fair and equitable price, you spend more in Piadineria and McDonald's if you don't choose the standard menus and choose individual products
This is why when you go to a restaurant and look at the menu it is advisable to order the specialty that the restaurant offers without modifying or making any changes in order to be able to give a fair and equitable opinion both in a negative and positive sense.
When you go to the Piadineria, can you ask for changes or additions to the product? You choose what is offered...so even when you go to eat sushi they offer their product considering it a specialty.
And I would like to point out that piadina is not a pizza, they have two different doughs, different leavening even if they may seem like two identical products.
When we go to eat in Indian, Brazilian, Japanese, Chinese, Mexican places and there is a menu made up of local specialties we taste their food without asking for any modifications or additions, if ever those who are allergic to some products choose based on their own state of health and those who have never eaten some products in their life choose others. So I invite you to reflect on why when you go to an Italian restaurant you always try to request changes to a menu with its specialties based on a careful investigation of market in which it is noted that trends in the food sector are rapidly and continuously evolving; They influence the palate and tastes of the customers who become more and more attentive, curious and demanding. It is not a moral that I am making but an invitation to this reflection. Therefore I strongly advise you to go to this place and taste all their piadinas, I did it and you I can assure you that your palate will be fully satisfied and don't listen to those negative reviews that can influence your mind but make sure yourself personally as I did. My favorite piadinas of the whole menu are the one with soppressa gorgonzola olive pate or the one with mortadella, pecorino cream, olive and pistachio pate but there is a piadina that wowed me made up of various cured meats and fig mustard.
