Discovered by chance and never abandoned again ❤️ Posillipo is my HEART PIZZERIA: a comfortable, modern environment but at the same time with familiar nuances. Fast, polite and attentive staff. And the pizza... what can I say? A triumph of taste🥰 Selected raw materials, simply PHENOMENAL dough, very light and very digestible despite the Pizza being Neapolitan. The Scugnizzi then....a pleasure for the taste buds💫 Very honest prices....in short: THE TOP IN LATINA....and perhaps even beyond

Excellent pizza, efficient service!
The place is a bit small and therefore quite messy (we struggled to hear each other speak at the table) but still ok.
The only flaw is the absence of lactose-free mozzarella in the kitchen, which is unacceptable in 2025.

I write as a fellow pizza chef. Yesterday was my first time after seeing photos from various reviews.
If you like contemporary pizza you can't help but choose this pizzeria.
Light dough (as it should be), in fact after leaving the club all 4 of us were not weighed down and I didn't get up to drink during the night.
The only two flaws though 😂, it's too far from where I live (47km) and there are too many pizzas on the menu to choose from, so unfortunately I'll have to go back to try them all 😂😂😂.

La crocché fatta da loro era buona così come la pizza margherita e la panna cotta col caramello,brave e gentili le cameriere,ci tornerò sicuramente.

Pizza napoletana come tradizione vuole. Mi sono tenuto sul classico ma mi prometto di assaggiare qualche variante. Peccato che non ci fosse la delizia come dessert!
