Pizzeria Posillipo In Latina

13/05/2025: Pizzeria where they make pizza by the slice and also some fried food located not in the center of Latina, but 5 minutes by car so easily reachable with a large parking lot right in front. They also have tables where you can consume in addition to take-away. I took 2 pieces with mortadella, stracciatella and pistachio, 2 with bresaola, rocket, balsamic vinegar and parmesan and 2 with anchovies, cherry tomatoes and stracciatella. The one with mortadella was good especially the mortadella, but I think it was more of a focaccia than pizza by the slice because the dough was much softer than the other 2 right ones. I really liked the one with bresaola, crunchy dough and very high quality of ingredients, only perhaps the balsamic vinegar covered the bresaola a bit, finally on the one with anchovies nothing to say, very good and very fresh, congratulations. We went back other times and we tried some crostini which were good, a supplì which was very good, even if it was one of those mini ones made into balls, which was good, but I personally prefer the classic ones, even if it would mean paying more. We also tried a potato croquette which was good. The prices are very fair and the service is done correctly. The only thing is to change the Google hours because it says it opens at 5 pm (on Mondays), but the first pizza came out around 6:20 pm. Final rating 8.3/10.
