Pizzeria Pomodoro Rosso In Sondrio

During my stay in Sondrio for trekking in Valtellina, I dined at Pomodoro Rosso pizzeria three times, and each time the experience was excellent. The dough is truly excellent: well-leavened, light, and super digestible, it doesn't leave you thirsty afterward. I tried six different pizzas, since I order two at a time, and they were all delicious. Particularly noteworthy is the thick dough with a generous crust and a slightly thicker base than a traditional pizza, capable of perfectly holding any type of topping. The toppings are high-quality, generous, and well-balanced, enhancing each pizza without overwhelming it. The prices are also in line with the quality offered, making Pomodoro Rosso an excellent choice in terms of value. The service is courteous and attentive, completing a more than positive dining experience. I would therefore say that this pizzeria is highly recommended for anyone looking for a tasty, digestible pizza made with quality ingredients!

In terms of taste, one of the best pizzas I've had. The location is on a main road, which you might consider a drawback, although I personally didn't have any problems with it.

Too much praise Waited for a pizza for 1 hour. Drinks are mandatory before ordering food and then of course you have to order after the pizza, and drinks are half the price of a pizza🥴

I went to eat pizza with my wife. Good pizza, thin and cooked very well. We went with my son's dog and he was accepted without any problem. Friendly and kind staff. Applause to the pizza chefs who churned out our pizzas in a short time. Congratulations, keep it up 👍

How good is this pizza!!! We went here with a friend, because we had to shoot a video for our YouTube channel about the "Little Toy Museum" which is located right in front of this pizzeria. We hadn't booked, but they welcomed us kindly even though they had several reservations. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the service is fast and precise, the prices are very honest, but above all the pizza is truly DELICIOUS!!! I can say (since a few hours have passed) that it is also very digestible! My only mistake: I forgot to take photos of our dishes this time too. I leave you the one of the oven and the entrance counter. I highly recommend this pizzeria. In the surrounding area there are several car parks, some free, others with parking discs, others still for a fee.
