Pizzeria Zummo is a sure thing when you want to eat a pizza or a roast chicken. In particular for pizzas they use quality products and the cooking is excellent (they use a wood oven and trust me the difference is noticeable compared to electric ovens). The staff is always kind and available for every request

We went last night. We all loved it, the service was excellent, and beyond the taste of the pizza, we were impressed by the service provided by the staff!

Very nice, the rotisserie chiken menu feeds 4 people for 13 euro, the pizzas are nice and reasonably priced. Everything is simple and efficient. The crew is nice. There isn't much room to sit.

The food is excellent and the guy who makes the pizzas is exceptional.

The pizzeria was close to where I was staying, and it was a great choice. The atmosphere is family-friendly, and they are charming from the first moment. The food is very good and reasonably priced, both for the pizzas and the chicken. I recommend it 100%, and if I ever return to Palermo, I'll definitely find where I'll dine.

Very tasty pizza, the price is good and adequate to the size, the service is polite and they can speak English. The food is made on site, the quality is good and you can see the ovens where the chefs work, which adds to the atmosphere of the place. The room is rather modest, but you can eat on site, although many people order takeaway. To sum up, it is a decent restaurant with good food and decent prices, I highly recommend it. P.S. I partially ate the pizza in the photo before I started writing the review, I got it in its entirety of course 😅.

ZUMMO ist eine familiengeführte Take-Away-Pizzeria mit eigenem Brot- und Brotgebäckangebot sowie Brathuhn vom Spieß. Die Auswahl an Pizzabelägen ist sensationell und teilweise verrückt (BBQ-Hühnchen mit Pommes als Belag - schonmal gesehen?) aber dabei immer lecker. Die Pizzen kommen aus dem echten Holzofen, die Asche am Boden oder Rand gehört also dazu und ist kein Mangel! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar, was auch daran liegt, dass wir hier nicht im Touristenviertel sind: Hier leben einfache Leute. Das drückt sich auch in den Portionen aus: Wer das halbe Hähnchen mit Beilagen für 6,50 € nimmt, der bekommt locker zwei Personen pappsatt. Die Inhaber sind superfreundlich und haben meine Englisch-Italienisch-Mischung mit viel Humor genommen. Wir haben dort in einer Woche dreimal etwas mitgenommen - und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
