If you come in to eat on the spot it seems right to me to queue, but once I order and sit down I find it absurd that to get another piece of pizza I have to queue all over again. Furthermore, last night I asked the lady with the glasses if she could give me a different piece of pizza from the one she was giving me because I found it too burnt, her response: lady, be patient" putting the burnt piece on the tray anyway .
