We stopped in on our way back from the Valley of the Temples, around 10 pm. The owner welcomed us without hesitation, offering us four stuffed "roselline" (small roses) whose names I can't remember, but which I really wanted to try. We had a giant pizza, two regular ones, and four freshly cooked arancini. The service was quick and the staff were incredibly friendly, even though we showed up just as they were closing. What can I say, Sicilians are truly unique!

The pizzas are very good and inexpensive. Excellent value for money. I thank the chef and the waitress for their kindness and the effort they made to understand us, as we're French. I recommend it.

25/08/2025: I went yesterday for a birthday party, and the evening was fantastic. The buffet offered a wide selection of delicious dishes, and to top it off, they served two delicious pasta dishes. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the entire staff was professional and attentive. In my opinion, it deserves my personal sixth star🌟! Highly recommended.

01/05/2025: Auf Empfehlung dagewesen. Riesige Auswahl an Pizzas. Qualität sehr hoch. Das ist wohl auch der Grund warum soviele italienische Gäste, überwiegend jung und Familien, im Restaurant waren. Wenn jemand mal Lust auf Pizza hat , es gibt keine Alternativen, dann unbedingt dorthin. 😉 mir als Nicht-Italienkenner war der Unterschied nicht so präsent.
24/02/2025: Siamo stati ieri sera, tornando da Marsala abbiamo deciso di fermarci da Sitari. Fortunatamente lera ancora presto e c’era qualche tavolo libero. Tempo mezz’ora si è riempito il locale. Comunque servizio velocissimo, abbiamo ordinato le patatine speciali con la crema al pecorino e pancetta, poi una Bunaca e una carbonara rivisitata. Pizza a dir poco magica. Ingredienti di qualità e servizio veloce, fanno dei Sitari un l’uomo perfetto per mangiarsi un ottima pizza. Volevo precisare che nella carbonara rivisitata, i rossi dell’uovo sono impanati e fritti. Spettacolare. In due, conto finale 58,00€ con birra, acqua e Coca-Cola. Da provare assolutamente!!
