13/03/2025: Among the places in the area between Alba Adriatica and Giulianova, Baldi is now among the best ever for an aperitif at dinner, the atmosphere is beautiful both inside and outside where it is difficult to find a table even in winter thanks also to the heated bubbles, the aperitif is excellent, very rich and well assorted even for those like me who don't eat meat, the staff is prepared and welcoming, so the service even when it is super crowded is more than acceptable, the only discordant note, for me who adores the Aperol Spritz is a little too light, almost non-alcoholic, (I say these both as a customer and as a bartender) ok the ice is a little too abundant... that could fit, but you have to taste the raw materials (prosecco and aperol). Next time if it happens I'll try something else.
However, it is a place that is worth it, where you feel good and I recommend it.
