A reservation is recommended 😉. The food is authentic, very tasty, and without (!) MSG 🤗. True Slow Food. The service is very attentive and friendly 👏. The trip to the trattoria is well worth it 🤗! No tourist traps!!! Thank you for the delicious food and the special Zuppa Inglese 👌.

Welcoming, with many beautiful lamps that pleasantly illuminate the space, good wines, and classic Bolognese dishes, including tortellini and passatelli in broth, ricotta tortelloni, and a generously sized cutlet Bolognese (I recommend ordering one for two), crescentine with cured meats and squacquerone cheese. The baked pumpkin vegetables are delicious, as are the delicious roast potatoes, and the exquisite cardoons with butter and parmesan.
And to finish off your meal, a delicious cream ice cream with Fabbri black cherries or a Minerbio pudding.

Green tagliatelle with nettles and prosciutto, and bigoli with artichokes and ricotta.
Cutlet Bolognese, and to finish, sweets with zibibbo grapes.
Everything was delicious.
Excellent and courteous service.
I highly recommend it.

Everything was delicious, especially the cardoon soup (which wasn't on the menu) that I really enjoyed. It's best to book a table; they were also very kind, knowing we had two dogs with us, to reserve a slightly more secluded table for us.

Minimal but very warm atmosphere...
Excellent staff... Typical Bolognese dishes of excellent quality, homemade.
I recommend it and believe it to be a point of reference.
The tortellini in broth are the best I've ever eaten.
Price in line with expectations.

We had lunch on a Saturday with the family at this welcoming slow food restaurant near the center of Bologna. From the start, the staff welcomed us kindly and made us feel at ease, chatting freely about the preparation of the dishes and the selection of suppliers. Fortunately, we were able to enjoy a fantastic homemade lasagna alla Bolognese and a selection of top-quality local cured meats, which, combined with the tender crescentina and the basket of fried gnocco, made us understand that here they care about substance and quality. The homemade desserts are also excellent. This restaurant is recommended to lovers of the most authentic regional cuisine of our beautiful country. We will definitely be back.
