04/10/2025: The Hotel Bencistà in Pietrasanta offers everything you could wish for a successful stay. The rooms are spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and quietly located. From the moment you check in, you feel the attentiveness of the staff – friendly, professional, and warm at the same time. The free upgrade was a pleasant surprise and rounded off the stay perfectly. Overall, a place where everything is just right: atmosphere, cleanliness, service, and location.

21/08/2025: Excellent location and cleanliness in the recently renovated rooms, including the bathrooms and windows (great considering the traffic on the seafront road). Breakfast is available until 10:30 am, featuring international and local products. It's very good, and hot drinks are served by attentive and friendly staff. The only flaw is the decentralized administrative management (Rome), which results in only half-day staff and a lack of maintenance. Upon arrival, the room's shutter broke, and the common areas and facade could also use some TLC.
