22/07/2024: In our personal ranking of places specializing in farinata and pan pizza in Turin, Cit ma Bun, a small but charming place in the fascinating streets of Borgo Po', comes to first place. The farinata is excellent, crunchy and tasty, perhaps a little too salty but, as we know, farinata is like that. We liked the pan pizza, in addition to the fact that the place has a vast variety which, in addition to traditional recipes, also includes intriguing versions, which are worth coming back to taste, a variety even for us who are vegetarians and often have to be satisfied. Finally, an appreciation also for quality beer which deserves particular appreciation, especially taking into account that in these typical Turin establishments it tends to and inexplicably often be poor. We can't wait to go back.
