I stumbled upon it by chance on a Monday for lunch, and it turned out to be a great place! Friendly and welcoming owners, delicious pan pizza. The atmosphere is a bit warm; in the summer, a fan might be a good idea.
Highly recommended!

A pizzeria like it used to be: tegamino or mattone, spectacular farinata, and a relaxed atmosphere. The perfect combination: absolutely recommended, and I'll have to come back to try the (homemade) desserts.
Evening with friends: 2 farinatas to share, 6 pizzas, beer, water, Coke, and coffee for less than €15 each. I couldn't have asked for better! Thanks again ♥️

Prendiamo spesso la pizza a domicilio qui, è veramente buona ed è una delle poche con impasto "basso" rimaste a Torino. Positivo!

EXCELLENT brick or pan pizza.. EXCELLENT farinata!!! I'm crazy about it!! And the lady knows it and as soon as she sees me she bakes a pan of it! Add to this low prices and cheerful and always smiling managers!! Must try!!

I have been going to this pizzeria since I was a child because it is a reference for all of us who grew up in Pozzo Strada.
Until the 1990s, pan pizza was eaten in Turin. It was found everywhere, preceded by a nice portion of farinata with pepper.
Now pan pizza is increasingly rare, replaced by gourmet pizzas or, even worse, by Poke and sandwich chains advertised by an influencer who asks you if you want it with crumbs or without or if your flatbread smokes.
We are losing our references to conform to increasingly inferior stuff delivered to our homes by poor Christs under the water and we don't even worry about it when the last business in the neighborhood that has been open for 40 years closes.
Even though I no longer live in Turin, when I return I sit at a table at Sibio even though they deliver to home.
I don't care about the furnishings or tablecloths, on the contrary, it's enough for me to know that the pan pizza and farinata will always be good and the lady who has known me since I was a boy asks me how I'm doing, because she still recognizes me despite my absence.
Try it at the influencer guy's waiter and see if he'll remember who you are.
P.S the farinata is excellent, as always, and the pan pizza with cooked ham remains my favourite.

Ho messo 5 stelle solo perché non potevo dare di più. Pizza al tegamino e farinata buonissime, le migliori della zona.
