The pizzeria is managed by Emiliano and his wife, two very friendly and nice people who love their work and who always welcome the customer with a toothy smile. Let's talk about the product, the pizza that you will enjoy at home, is called by its creator the "pinsa Bresciana"; I'll leave the explanation to him because he will convey to you his passion for his work and his love for this product. It is a pizza with a crunchy base and a soft dough, covered with an extraordinary cooking, in my opinion the strong point of this product. The vegetable pizza, which I highly recommend, presents a unique combination of flavors, born from the combination of different vegetables that change depending on the season. The prices are similar to other pizzerias, but keeping in mind that most of the competitors use frozen grilled vegetables which release a lot of water on the pizza and difficult to digest dough, I believe that the price paid for this product is really low.
