Prices are decidedly high but justified by the quality of the offer

Ci siamo capitati per caso, altri locali pieni e senza conoscere il posto.
Ovviamente all'inizio ci ha sorpreso il prezzo (pizze da 10 a 20 euro) e birre solo in bottiglia (33cc a 6 euro).
Assaggiando invece ci è piaciuto, ottimi ingredienti e cottura della pizza.
Personale gentile e paziente (noi avevamo molti bambini vivaci).
Locale soprattutto per coppie e piccoli gruppi infatti.

Leisure trip with my son (9 years old).... passing through Pontinia, we wanted a pizza. We stumbled upon N01 by chance and I have to say it was a wonderful experience. Let's take a look at the menu and you immediately realize that you are not in the usual pizzeria with the usual boring pizzas... but you are in a pizzeria where the small details, the tastes, the care for the ingredients come first. He took a RESOLUTE (triple cooked potatoes, buffalo mozzarella, smoked black angus carpaccio and buffalo stracciata)... divine... I took a REAL (asparagus cream, buffalo mozzarella, amatrice bacon, purple potato chips, buffalo stracciata with pistachio)....what can I say...wonderful!!! To drink (for me) a craft beer...32 Via dei Birraii...CURMI...that's excellent too...he (coca zero).
I thank all the staff for their competence, speed, education and excellent service.
Congratulations to N01. If I lived closer it would be an obligatory stop for me!!!

Siamo stati ieri sera in questa pizzeria ed è stata veramente una bella sorpresa.Locale carino piccolino con tavoli all’aperto zona tranquilla di Pontinia, abbiamo preso i loro fritti buonissimi supplì con panatura eccezionale, le pizze hanno tante ore di lievitazione usando pochissimo lievito , tutto buono ottime scelte dei prodotti. Gentilezza cortesia e professionalità bravi ragazzi … consigliato .

A well-studied, well-composed, very pleasant and light pizza.
The patience to make each slice as homogeneous as possible is highly appreciated, ingredients thrown away in bulk can only be accepted in places that have no pretensions regarding experientiality and research.
No1 ticks all the boxes.

I'm leaving this review after having eaten at the restaurant once and having taken away pizza twice. There were 3 of us and we ordered, the waitress seemed very listless and distracted when taking the order in addition to the fact that we waited a bit before she arrived to take the order, my friend asks not to put the scamorza on the pizza because it doesn't she likes it but the waitress says it can't be done because otherwise it changes the taste of the pizza... I'm dumbfounded, but if I don't really like scamorza or am intolerant to something you make, will you still put it on my pizza? Well my friend says "ok at least can you make me use a little? I don't like it very much". Another day I go to get take-away pizza, 7.40pm... I waited 20 minutes. Ok let's give it another chance...3 takeaway pizzas, same time. First point: he makes one at a time, so the first pizza made arrives at home colder; second point: at a certain point the waitress passes in front of us with a shirt and a bra in her hand in plain sight to go and change in the bathroom (but does this seem normal to you?) third point: in the kitchen no one had a cap on (we had them made also some supplì). I have nothing to say about the goodness of the pizza, good and excellent quality ingredients as well as being very light but you should work on service and hygiene, given your prices anyway. I hope you take this review as a starting point to improve, I will wait a few months to return and evaluate again for now I don't think I will return, I would appreciate a faster, friendlier and more professional service given your price lists. Thank you

Difficult to give less than 5 stars, fantastic venue, wonderful staff and fantastic food! A place where you can eat well and make a good impression.
I would like to give some small advice to the owner:
-change the sauce and increase the mozzarella in the supplì by a pinch. I really appreciated the buffalo one!
- oven too high or cooking too long, I would have preferred the pizza to be a little less cooked.

Very light, well-leavened pizza (72 hours during the week and 48 hours on weekends), wide choice and top quality products, average size and prices appropriate to the level of the pizza. Friendly and helpful staff, service times within the norm. A little anonymous place perhaps, but that goes into the background given the goodness of the pizza.
