I recommend it! If I could, I'd give it 10 stars! A wonderful place, fantastic pizza, and the owner is incredibly kind. A small, atmospheric place with authentic Italian pizza. It was worth the trip all the way from Poland! Oh well, I won't be eating pizza in my city anytime soon because the taste of that one lingers in my memory for a long time ❤️

27/09/2025: A truly surprising discovery! The pizza is exceptional, especially the one with stracchino and pancetta, but the real revelation is the piadina: I've tried it in many places, but this one is truly spectacular. My friend Giulia recommended this place to me, and I have to say she was right: I'm returning to the area today, and just thinking about it makes my mouth water. Special praise also goes to the service: one of the waitresses, a young woman with small, subtle tattoos, was extremely kind and attentive, truly making a difference to the overall experience. Bravo!

01/10/2025: A small but very cute place with lots of vegan options...with good products from local producers...and even large portions, I'd say! I'll have to come back because they also make pizza with selected and refined flours! Friendly and helpful service Right prices for a quality vegan restaurant
05/09/2025: The service was simply extraordinary and very fast, and the food was equally amazing: super original and, in my opinion, decidedly "gourmet," worthy of a starred vegan restaurant, if it weren't for the portions, which here at the "Bistrot" are truly worthy of stars for their abundance and richness.
