La Vera Pizza Napoletana is a must-try! If you're looking for authenticity, this place is the ideal destination: a traditional wood-fired oven and a menu that pays homage to Neapolitan classics. Definitely the souvenir you'll want from Naples. And as if that weren't enough, the pizzaioli were incredibly friendly, making the experience even more welcoming and memorable. We went in May, and there's a Maradona mural nearby above a mechanic's shop. Greetings from Chile!

Echt een hidden gem. De pizza word ter plekke gemaakt, je kunt gewoon meekijken hoe dit gedaan wordt. Hierdoor weet je dat je echt een goede pizza gaat krijgen. De service was snel en het personeel was erg vriendelijk. We hebben heerlijk gegeten voor een goede prijs!

27/08/2025: What a lovely dinner. The ambience is lovely, the service is excellent and the food deserves a Michelin star for sure. One of the best restaurants experiences we had in Capri and if you are staying along Via Tragara there is a short cut to reach the restaurant!
26/08/2025: We had our best dining experience of the year at Ristorante da Tonino in June while staying in Capri. Food, service, atmosphere, everything contributed to a wonderful night. The tasting menu is definitely worth one if not two Michelin stars, the wine list is utterly impressive (40 items from the Jura region in France for a start!) and the master sommelier was kind enough to offer us a visit of his amazing cellar (30,000 bottles…). I can’t recommend enough this little long-standing family-owned gem, whose only fault is to be closed on Mondays, else we’d have returned for a second night in our 3-day trip. Thank you all!
