Excellent... in fact, the pizza here is hard to forget. First of all, it's very large, literally overflowing from the serving plate and is packed with content. The dough is soft but not flabby, with just the right amount of firmness, made with sourdough starter, a guarantee of high digestibility. The flours it's made with are expertly blended to achieve the best leavening balance. Also important is the ongoing research into the megaverse of flavor, which leads pizza eaters to discover, through this expertly prepared dish, the best gastronomic excellences of Italy, especially those from Campania and Vesuvius. One of the few pizzas that doesn't make me wake up for a drink at night...
