We've already bought takeout pizzas twice: the wait time is short, the dough is perfectly leavened, very digestible, cooked to perfection, the ingredients are plentiful and all delicious, as is the courtesy of all the staff. The atmosphere is super relaxed: sooner or later we'll be back to eat in. The pizza menu captures all the flavors of Sicily: extraordinary! For us, the best! Congratulations!

Nonostante lo spazio ristretto (prenotazione obbligatoria se si vuole mangiare in loco) il gusto è grande! Pizze davvero buone, ben farcite con ingredienti di qualità e soprattutto che non rimangono sullo stomaco. Personale cortese e prezzi onesti quindi promosso su tutti i fronti!

Pizzeria Ristorante le Scuderie

01/09/2025: One of the few restaurants that enhances its dishes by pairing them with the most suitable olive oil. Each dish and pairing is explained by the staff, who also guide you through the daily specials and the menu. High-quality ingredients, with homemade bread, pasta, and desserts. The price is fair, around €45 per person for an appetizer + olive oil tasting, two first courses, one second course, one dessert, water, and coffee.
25/07/2025: We were attracted by the location, cleanliness, and menu. We were rewarded with good food and attentive, friendly service.
