We discovered it by chance. We enter and are immediately struck by the refined decor and the intimate, relaxing atmosphere it creates. As we sit at our table, we can't help but notice a peculiarity of the menu: essentiality, a trait we later learned is a hallmark of this place, as if to say "few but good"—very good, I'd say. You may or may not like this choice, but I honestly appreciated it. Rather than peppering the menu with a thousand fantastical options to the point of making you anxious about choosing, here we focus on the essentials, a return to the origins. And we want to sample as many as possible, so we opt for the tasting menu. The impeccable and accommodating waiters serve us platters of various "tastes" (I'll leave the portions up to you to decide): personally, I found each one exquisite; the ingredients are top-quality, and the preparation is, in my opinion, divine. Another extremely welcome feature: the pizza chef took care, in a quiet moment, to make sure every table was satisfied, which is uncommon. At the end of the evening, I admit I was a bit disappointed, as the tasting portions were far too generous, and for the quality and quantity, I think the bill was more than fair (contrary to those who thought they were at "dear" Flavio's). My only regret is that you're a bit out of the way for my area, but when I get back to Follina, I know exactly where to stop.

On the advice of loved ones, we tried dinner in this elegant and uniquely decorated restaurant. The pizza selection is limited, but they're delicious—soft and even fried—and there's even an appetizer with a top-notch tomato sauce! The desserts are delicious, everything is top-quality. The staff is capable and friendly, and they're really good. We'll be back.

My boyfriend and I discovered this pizzeria somewhat by chance and were very pleased with our choice. It was Sunday and we hadn't booked, the place was packed, but the owner welcomed us warmly and found us a table within minutes. The pizzas were delicious, light, and made with top-quality ingredients, typical of Neapolitan tradition. Furthermore, upon arrival, they surprised us with an appetizer of fried pizza sticks and tomato sauce, all included in the cover charge. Kudos to the chefs and the staff, who were kind and professional. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely be back!

The experience was truly excellent. The quality of the pizza is excellent: light, well-leavened dough, with fresh, flavorful ingredients.
The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, perfect for both a dinner with friends or a more relaxed evening. The staff is friendly and attentive. Furthermore, the wait times were short even though the pizzeria was quite busy.

Excellent pizza (a sure thing), but tonight (August 16, 2025) something went wrong.
Long wait (1 hour and 15 minutes between sitting at the table and the pizzas arriving), drink order lost, water arrived (only after being reminded) at room temperature (remedied with ice cubes), dining room not cooled (the air conditioning splits are probably empty boxes or broken. The only thing compensating for the summer heat are the ceiling fans, but you have to be lucky to have to walk under them).
Nothing to make up for the evening's lameness (reported at the time of paying the bill) when the question "how did it go" was asked?
If it's supposed to be a casual question to fill the time for the POS transaction confirmation, it's best not to ask it or, at the very least, avoid adding the comment "Hey, we were in a rush tonight."
Is this a cry for help in the dining room? A petition of solidarity?
