Excellent pizzeria in Anguillara, the dough digests really well and it is the classic Neapolitan pizza with the crust, I think one of the best in Anguillara. Kind and professional staff, very limited and essential menu but ultimately complete for spending a pleasant evening, in summer the outdoor tables make your stay pleasant.

Excellent pizza and fast service, but I have a note to make. Since the price is not indicated next to the item "pizza of the month", I thought it would be adapted to the ingredients, but this was not the case. In fact, on the receipt the item "pizza of the month" was placed at a price of €15, which seemed decidedly exaggerated to me given that the pizza of the month in question had as its ingredients simply a sauce with various tomatoes, mozzarella, burrata and confit cherry tomatoes, I didn't expect to pay more than €12 for it. If the price of the month's pizza is fixed at €15, it must be indicated on the menu, so that the customer can make an informed choice.

A super nice little place, excellent service with a wait of just over 10 minutes. Their fried mix is ​​fantastic, as a lover of buffalo mozzarella I recommend the "bufalina"! The Neapolitan pizzas are a 9/10 on my personal pizza scale, excellent. We will return (it was our first time in this place).
