The farinata deserves an A+. It's been 25 years since I've had one of this quality. Perfectly cooked, crispy on top and bottom, creamy on the inside. Few people cook it in a large oven these days and serve it in slices. The pan pizza was slightly below expectations. Excellent ingredients and perfectly cooked, but a bit too firm to bite into. It lacked the typical softness, resulting in a bit of a "bready" texture. The crema catalana was excellent, I assume they made it.

Very good pan pizza! Nice place, limited selection but good, at least for those who are undecided like me, they make up their minds quickly! Unfortunately, we weren't able to eat in, but we ordered takeout. It's probably best to book in advance. The takeout/eat-in prices are the same. The pizza is just the right amount of crispy toppings. Fair prices!

When the craving for a pan and farinata hits, you can't go wrong with Loiero.
Farinata is soft on the inside and crispy on the outside... sublime.
Pan pizza, well-leavened and perfectly cooked... excellent.
All cooked in a wood-fired oven.

Very good pizza and farinata.
It's a shame about the rude service... After waiting 40 minutes for the pizzas, seeing them served at the next table (customers who arrived at least 15 minutes after us), I asked why ours hadn't arrived yet, if they'd forgotten. I was asked why I asked, and then the answer was... "You don't know if they didn't order them before you..." Do you order from home??? It would have been enough to simply admit the oversight and perhaps (but maybe I'm exaggerating) apologize.
We still waited just long enough to put the pizzas in the oven and cook them.
It's a shame.

One of the best pan pizzas in Turin, as is the excellent farinata. You'll need to be incredibly patient because there's always a line at lunch and dinner, but the oizza and farinata combo is top-notch!
