I've been to this pizzeria and the experience is always positive. The dough is light, fluffy, and very digestible, which I really appreciated. The toppings are also fresh and well-balanced, without being overbearing. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere makes the experience even more enjoyable.

No one in Sciacca knows how to make pizza anymore. I've never eaten such a tasteless, flavorless pizza. Besides, they have the same problem in Naples. These chefs clearly don't have art in their hearts.

Beautiful place, large outdoor spaces, good parking, fabulous pizzas. I recommend the Saccense, made the old-fashioned way. The pizza dough is fantastic.

We waited more than 1 hour to eat 5 pizzas. Poor waiter alone who ran like crazy. Too bad that 2 were burnt underneath and were inedible. Strange because there were not a lot of people. The other three were very good. Too bad honest price for the pizzas.

25/03/2026: More of a trattoria than a restaurant. The food is good, fresh and well-cooked. Private outdoor parking, a bit small. Also accessible to people with disabilities.

15/09/2025: The dishes are average but nothing special, the prices are high, I don't recommend them.
03/09/2025: You can sense their love for their land and for the raw materials. Excellent service, managed by two very professional young men. The appetizer was excellent, the only flaw being the excess fat in the risotto. Otherwise, the first courses were excellent (especially the one I chose: bussiate). Compliments to Mr. Pietro and his staff.
