They move in a better location now. More bigger place and bigger parking space. They still serve great quality of pizza and farinata.

Let's start with the pizza: incredible dough, light and quality crunchy, refined ingredients (really refined!), perfect tomato sauce, excellent cooking. Service: Three very kind girls, room full but not crowded, very prepared, very fast. Local: New, very well looked after, I think the most beautiful in the area, very well soundproofed, lots of thoughtful details, finally someone thinks about the cutlery!! Parking in front, beautiful bathroom. Price: Very honest! I can only say compliments

Brand new place and tastefully furnished inside, along the Aurelia road. Pizzas with good quality products, we tasted the Baccano and the Stagionale 1.0. We also liked the farinata. Medium-high prices, now normal even for a pizzeria, even if here at least the value of the raw materials used is clear.

Personale disponibile educato gentile. Pizza molto buona, disponibile anche per celiaci. Locale pulito moderno e facilmente raggiungibile. Ottimo parcheggio.

Sono stata in questa pizzeria col mio bimbo e degli amici. Abbiamo ordinato pizza Margherita, col crudo, col lardo etc oltre della farinata. Tutte le pizze erano eccezionali, sia per la base, sia per gli ingredienti. Farinata eccellente. Molto buoni i sorbetti. Il personale è gentilissimo

31/12/2024: Beautiful to look at and good to taste, this Pinsa, of any flavor you desire, is our favourite. Quick service open from the early hours of the evening.
26/12/2024: Pinseria Gabarda offers a notable variety of pinsas and, unbelievably, even 3 types of vegan pinsas: luckily every now and then you find restaurateurs worthy of this denomination, who know how to keep up with the times and with new food choices. The dough is very good, as are the ingredients accompanying the pinse which are tasty and harmonious. The place is beautiful, well-kept, elegant. A peculiarity: to reach the toilet you must use the lift. The service is good but there could be a little more sociability with customers at the tables. Recommended place.

15/01/2025: Very good thin and light pizza. The panigacci with cured meats are excellent. Average prices. The place is a little noisy, but acceptable.
08/01/2025: The place is very large and also has a mezzanine with tables. The service is good even if someone gets distracted watching the game on one of the 3 TVs. The quality is good and the prices normal. It would be advisable to take greater care of the toilets, leaving them always equipped with toilet paper and hand soap. They offer vegetarian panigacci instead of cured meats and this is a good idea.
