Excellent place in the hamlet of Ariano in Olevano sul Tusciano where you can try good products from pizza to DIY grilled meat. Local products, good in a well-furnished place with clean environments. I have been there many times both for products consumed on site and for takeaway and I tell you that it is worth going there. Staff normal, available. Prices not bad and for all budgets. The venue is suitable for couples, families and groups. Booking is always recommended, especially on weekends. Limited parking and externally you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains and the hamlet below.

Nothing welcoming... With customers talking from the bathroom to others outside the door (but it could be a coincidence) we wanted to book with the fork, but it didn't give available tables, then we go there and the place is empty (there must be contractual reasons). For the pizza (visited weeks ago) ok... Decent pizza, better the panuozzo... But the terrible service (it was Saturday and they must have been stuck) average price. Braceria, visited more recently, non-existent service, clarification on the dishes nil (only for the price of the starter which becomes 14 instead of 10 to have the double morsel and double ricotta) ridiculous starter talks about various vegetables and then they only brought some scapece courgettes full of vinegar and cold from the fridge... As well as 1 slice of salami1 of ham 1 bite. And 1 piece of cheese (as regards the mixed cheeses on the menu). The meat... The idea of ​​grilling at the table is fantastic! Good quality meat... But they decide the cuts... We asked for a smaller cut of 100/150 grams (because my wife likes it cooked) and we were told that it wasn't possible because those were the cuts... then comes the meat... Excellent piece, a little but well matured... But already filleted before cooking (since you have to cook it yourself) and with a ton of coarse salt on top... and I'm not exaggerating... Despite the vain attempt to remove the salt before cooking, the meat was too salty anyway. Finally the bill (we didn't know the weight of our piece of meat only the price per hectogram was clear)... The wine was too cold to be a Lambrusco (in fact it started to taste good after a few minutes in the glass). With €80 and the smell of meat on my clothes, you will only see me in the pizzeria... maybe.

A pizzeria! Nowadays, with this gourmet trend, pizzerias are no longer found. Excellent dough, good balance between the ingredients, good quality. A pleasant surprise. I will return and recommend it. Must try the grill...
