Very good pizza, fast service! Young and kind boys prepare a Neapolitan pizza with particular ingredients. I took a white one with porcini mushrooms, bacon and summer truffle!

Really very very good pizza, excellent consistency and beautiful workmanship. The initial €5 discount if you order from their app is a real incentive. Punctual and efficient even in home delivery!

I took their pizza to take away for the first time to test it. I ordered a simple marinara and a margherita 🍕 ... Well I can tell you that in my opinion it is one of the best Neapolitan pizzas I have ever eaten here in Sardinia. Congratulations, very digestible and well-leavened dough, thin, soft and with the right size and well-alveolated crust. Finally, very sweet and non-acidic peeled tomato. Congratulations 👏👏👏👏 Top marinara!! 🍕🍕

It's a shame, I would have liked to give the maximum number of stars, but it was the first time that you brought me the pizzas 15-20 minutes earlier than the established time, creating inconvenience for me, and putting the pizzas to reheat in my oven! What's the point of giving a time if you don't respect it?

27/09/2024: É preciso um pouco de disposição para deixar a parte baixa da cidade, onde se situam vários restaurantes, e subir alguns lances ladeira acima até chegar ao Essenza. Mas vale à pena. Com um número limitado de mesas num terraço aprazível, o restaurante oferece um cardápio com bons pratos de massa, peixe ou carne. Cortesia no atendimento. Preços razoáveis para uma cidadezinha turística.
22/09/2024: ¿Cómo es que este restaurante no está clasificado en la escala Michelin! Esto no es sólo una comida. Esto es una experiencia. Sistemáticamente, la velada se crea con la mejor comida que hemos tenido. En primer lugar, la calidad de la comida y la creatividad son insuperables! Quítese el sombrero con el chef para los ingredientes más frescos y platos creativos. El ambiente es increíble! Sentado afuera en un pequeño pueblo de la costa de Italia en calles empedradas comiendo la mejor comida. El personal tiene un sistema. . el propietario presenta el menú, toma su pedido, y el personal de espera ejecuta el servicio más atento jamás visto! ¡Nunca hemos tenido esta experiencia! Viaja a Cerdeña, y debes hacer el viaje hasta Bosa para este pequeño lugar mágico!

24/08/2024: We stayed for a week in this fantastic place! Very clean rooms with everything you need including a nice fridge suitable for long term summer holidays. Hairdryer with diffuser, air conditioning, very nice patio outside the room with a view of the shared garden. The parking space in front of the house is very convenient and the swimming pool with attached very comfortable outdoor showers is also very beautiful. Very good breakfast with everything you need (both sweet and savory) and croissants ready every day. The lady and her son are truly lovely people who made us feel at home. Thanks also to the maids for the precision and cleanliness of the rooms. Highly recommended!!!!!! Philip and Mary
