Pizzeria la rotonda In Loreggia

I have been going to this pizzeria for years, the pizza prices have always been a little high but the quality justified the price. What I find SHAMEFUL are the €4 cover charge per person for a non-existent service!!! In my opinion a real scam. €4 for what??? to have paper napkins because there was nothing else to do. Never again!!

The beautiful environment, the kind and quite present staff, clash a little with the main food. The PIZZAS took quite a long time (but the place was almost full) and although well seasoned, they were difficult to eat: the dough was not up to par, really too dry and compact, perhaps even overcooked and with the edge then low and hard, really hard to chew; in short, it should be revised a bit, in my opinion, since it lacks the lightness of a properly leavened dough. The desserts however are very appreciable. Five of us, all taking "normal" pizzas (capricciose or ham and mushrooms with salami) plus a sweet each, 2 medium beers, two medium cokes, a bottle of water and three coffees, we spent just under 22 euros each .

Nice place, large and good pizza (I even ate the edges), delicious red beer, excellent service. The only shame was the tiramisu which tasted of nothing. Overall: highly recommended pizzeria. Price right.

Nice place, excellent pizzas, from traditional to innovative. Remember to book in advance and always ask for the pizza of the day.

Excellent gluten-free pizza Friendly and helpful staff I recommend it

Excellent pizzas, well-leavened dough, however there is a choice between multiple types of dough, there is also gluten-free dough. Keep in mind the pizzas of the day written on the board at the entrance! In addition to the pizzas there are some other extra dishes for those who don't want pizza. Good service, small note on preparation times, when it is quite crowded the times tend to be long, but the wait is repaid by the good food! Definitely recommended!

The place is very well looked after in detail and in a "shabby chic" style. We had pizza and homemade dessert and it was all very good. Prices in line with other venues. Everything was fine except the service… terrifying. The waitresses never asked us if we wanted something else after the pizza and to order dessert we literally had to wave our arms after about twenty minutes of waiting. Impatient, we gave up on coffee. It's a shame because the place and the pizza are worth it.
