If I could give it 10 stars, I would have given it 11. As a true Apulian, I recommend this fantastic place. I devoured 5 panzerotti like the ones in the photo, and they were truly amazing.

A very welcoming pizzeria in Tricase with exceptional ingredients. Homemade arancini made by Sonia's expert hands. And to end the evening on a high note, ask for the Nutella pizza slices!! A true delight 😍

Forget the pizza for a second (yes, I said it). The real star here? The chips. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned with what I can only assume is a sprinkle of culinary witchcraft. Of course, the pizza is fantastic too—properly thin, bubbly crust, and toppings that don’t slide off like they’re trying to escape. But those chips… if they sold them by the bucket, I’d sign up for a subscription. Conclusion: come for the pizza, stay for the chips, leave wondering if you can move into the restaurant permanently
