Pizzeria la Pergola In Tivoli

14/08/2024: We went to this place on the recommendation of the staff of Palazzo Moraschi, where we were staying. The place is divided into rooms, all with a themed colour, furnished as if they were rooms in a lived-in and loved home. My 10 year old daughter said it was like staying "at grandma's", because the atmosphere was pleasant and reassuring. The menu draws from tradition, but with a touch of innovation. The top quality raw materials are recognizable at the first taste. The strozzapreti with trout ragout and the "Il usual Dandy" fillet are highly recommended (the meat was tasty and soft as butter). To further improve the experience, you have the pleasure of meeting a courteous and helpful staff. Compliments to the chef and all the staff! Don't miss it if you're in the area.
