The very good surprise of our vacation in Tuscany. The pizzas are just excellent. Very good dough. Quality trim. We ate there 3 evenings in a row. Well done to the chef (yes she's a woman) Consuello. And a big thank you to Filipo for his sympathy, his kindness. This young man really has a sense of contact. He puts heart into his job. This touched us a lot. We hope to see you soon. 23/09/2025: I returned after a while for a friend's 60th birthday. The appetizers, including their schiacciata, are always generous and delicious. Plus, surprisingly, they included a cold lampredotto salad (never had one) alongside the classic tripe salad, delicious!!! And, again surprisingly, they brought a wonderful peposo! Not even in Impruneta, where it's made, had I ever had it this tender and delicious. Well done, well done! I'll be back more often.
11/08/2025: Excellent takeaway pizza, I had only tried the one at the table but I have to say that both are excellent and of high quality.
