Too bad for the coldness in the service. The lady who accompanies you to the table is too serious, without even smiling, at times almost annoyed.
The wait was too long to order a bottle of water, a coke and two pizzas.
The drinking didn't even come right away.
The pizzas need improvement as the sauce is sour and the edge of the pizza is a little too burnt.
My dispassionate advice is to hire an extra person as a waitress who can welcome customers more cheerfully and who is helpful as there are only two people in the room (one of whom is the pizza chef).
Not satisfied, needs improvement!
30/07/2024: After having visited Il Quadrifoglio several times, I am happy to share my exceptional culinary experience in this pizza restaurant managed with passion and skill by Luca, the chef, and Angela. Returning to eat here is always a joy, thanks to the perfect combination of excellent cuisine, welcoming environment and impeccable service. From the moment you welcome you, you can feel Angela's warm hospitality, which makes every guest feel at home. The room is tastefully furnished, offering a relaxing and refined atmosphere, ideal for any occasion, from a romantic dinner to a convivial meeting with friends and family. The menu is a riot of culinary delights. Luca, the chef, demonstrates extraordinary skill in preparing fresh fish dishes and dream pizzas. I started with a seafood starter which was a masterpiece of flavor and freshness, with calamari, prawns and mussels cooked to perfection. The first course, a seafood risotto, was creamy and full of flavour, with ingredients that harmonized beautifully. The pizzas, cooked in a traditional wood-fired oven, are simply divine. The dough is soft and light, with a perfect crunch at the edges, while the fillings, made from top quality ingredients, make every bite an unforgettable experience. My favorite is the "Quadrifoglio Speciale", with a mix of seafood and seasonal vegetables that enhance the flavor of the dough. To conclude, I chose a homemade dessert: a panna cotta with berries which ended the evening in a perfect way. The wine list is well curated, offering a selection of local and national labels that pair beautifully with the dishes on offer. The service is always impeccable. Angela is always attentive and ready to satisfy every need, while Luca often passes between the tables to make sure that everything is to their liking and to receive feedback from customers. In summary, Luca and Angela's Il Quadrifoglio is a restaurant that I highly recommend to anyone who loves good fish cuisine and high quality pizzas. Luca and Angela's dedication and passion are reflected in every detail, making each visit a unique and unforgettable culinary experience.
