Wonderful confirmation I returned after a few months and I must admit that I had the opportunity to enjoy a fantastic pizza, in a very pleasant environment with welcoming and professional staff. We have been frequenting this pizzeria for years, and it is always a fixed stop for my family. The pizza is simply spectacular: soft in the center, with a crispy edge at the right point, and impeccable cooking that never lets you down. The menu is large and varied, ranging from classic to more particular proposals, always with fresh, genuine and seasonal ingredients, which really make the difference. The strong point is certainly the staff who always welcomes every customer with a smile and a lot of friendliness, ready to advise and surprise with off-menu pizzas described with great attention. The service is impeccable and helps make the experience even more pleasant. Another gem are the desserts, strictly homemade, which maintain the same quality as the pizzas, and the selection of beers and bitters is equally well looked after. Dinner with friends. My first experience in this pizzeria where I will certainly return to try their other pizza and platter proposals. The boy who showed us the menu and helped us with the choice was pleasant and non-intrusive and gave us the best advice. Excellent pizzas and desserts. Wide choice of beers. Questa pizzeria si trova in un tranquillo quartiere di Pontecagnano alla periferia sud di Salerno. L'area non è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici e volendo recarsi in auto si raccomanda l'uso di un buon navigatore. Lungo la strada trovare posteggio è abbastanza semplice. Il locale è piccolo con un ambiente elegante ed un servizio cortese e celere. La scelta degli ingredienti usati, dell'impasto e della cottura in forno a legna sono particolarmente curati. Il menu riporta diversi tipi di pizze ma non tutte disponibili a causa della assenza di alcuni prodotti freschi dovuta alla stagionalità della loro produzione. Molto buona la scelta delle birre ed anche i vini disponibili erano tutti di alto livello qualitativo ma con costi contenuti. Io ho preso una semplice pizza al pomodoro con mozzarella di bufala. La salsa di pomodoro utilizzata aveva il profumo dei pomodori freschi e la mozzarella usata era buonissima. Al termine del pasto mi hanno proposto l'assaggio di una fetta di crostata con la crema di loro produzione ed anche questa era davvero fantastica. Insomma tutto di gran qualità. Unico neo la rete WiFi con un segnale debole ed impossibilità di navigazione, un piccolo problema che potranno facilmente risolvere.

Siamo stati benissimo. Il locale è molto accogliente e caldo, giusta atmosfera. Il personale è gentilissimo e la pizza molto buona. Promosso a pieni voti
