Pizzeria La Fonte In Mezzane di sotto

A pleasant surprise in Mezzane di Sotto, where after a (long) time I find the bar decidedly raised. While in the past the brewery was the driving force behind the atmosphere, beers are no longer produced, although the offering remains noteworthy and, indeed, progressive. But the pizzeria itself has made a leap forward and deserves to become a point of reference, especially for those who, like me, prefer a thin crust pizza: the execution is benchmark, and the only question at the end is whether to ask for seconds. Kudos also to the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. (At the checkout, we also discover options available for those with gluten and lactose intolerances.)

Truly delicious pizza. Beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. I drive past every day but have never had the chance to stop in, and now I'm sure I'll be stopping in often for takeout, too. Congratulations!

A fine pizzeria, it's quite busy in the evenings. The pizza and pasta were delicious and well-prepared. The service was super friendly and attentive. Many people order their pizza to go. One star is deducted for the ambiance, as I think they could have done better with the shop, but the decor is standard for Italian restaurants.

I never give anyone 5 stars because it has to be an incentive to always do better. However, it deserves it 😎. The staff is knowledgeable and very kind, the food and pizzeria are truly excellent. I've known this place for many years and it's always top notch. The lady who runs the place is really friendly, it almost feels like home. 👍

Excellent pizza, family atmosphere

Delicious pizza, the gluten-free crust is the best I've ever had. Not to mention the gluten-free IPA beer on tap, which I've never found anywhere else and is better than many regular draft beers. Pizzeria La Fonte is always top-notch.
