26/06/2025: In front of the Basilicata of Sant'Antonio da Padova, a hotel with renovated rooms, a good three-star hotel, I only slept for five nights, I also changed rooms, because I didn't know how many nights I had to stay in Padua, friendly staff though, the first four nights €60 + €2.50 tourist tax, the fifth €50 + €2.50 tourist tax, I asked for explanations and they told me, after a series of questions, that they had made a mistake and that renovated rooms cost €10 more, I didn't ask for a renovated room anyway, both rooms had been recently renovated, I think they should ask the customer if he wants a renovated room or an unrenovated one and maybe they should also communicate the price difference, I'll tell you more, during the first check-in, I asked if I could save something, a single for €60 plus tourist tax in a three-star hotel, it seems a bit of an exaggerated price and instead, the employee who checked me in told me that the price was that, €60. Now I wonder, do they make room prices based on the sympathy of a customer? Maybe the first one was unpleasant while the second one was nicer!!!
