Last night, August 2nd, we found ourselves in the wonderful city of Bergamo, specifically in the Città Alta (Upper Town), to attend the Bolgia Garden Party at the Baluardo di San Michele. Walking through the historic streets, we were struck by so many special little spots... but one in particular made us want to go back: "La Pizza alla Fara," at Via Porta Dipinta 34/D. What can I say... simply exceptional. There were over 300 of us at the event, and I assure you that at least three-quarters of them ended up there, drawn solely by the aroma of their pizza that wafted through! As soon as we entered, the young man at the register greeted us with a sincere smile—something rarely seen in Milan these days. We ordered (there was a bit of a wait, but with that crowd, that's more than normal), and they even seated us at the tables inside, right behind the kitchen: a special corner, which in my opinion captures the whole spirit of the place. Excellent pizza, a warm welcome, and even a sweet surprise: the lady gave us a marshmallow as a small gesture of kindness. In short: if you're passing through, you can't miss them. It's impossible to forget them. ❤️🍕

We hid in this cute pizzeria from the rain and it was a wonderful first dinner in Italy!) The pizza is top notch, it's cute and cozy!

Pizza takeaway, with a small seating area or delivery. We took it with us. Helpful, very nice staff, quickly prepared. We had Four types of cheese and Vegetariana (zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, artichokes). The pizza was delicious. The dough is very thin. I definitely recommend it.
