Pizzeria la Dea Bendata In Pozzuoli

The pizza is very good. Service a little so and so. We had been told that there wasn't an appetizer but the next table (who arrived after us) prepared it.

Very welcoming pizzeria, a little small but right for the place. Ciro is very attentive to the highest quality raw materials, very kind and professional. Recommended dish is the cornucopia symbol of the place, very dry fried as few can do. Ciro comes from a family of pizza chefs who are doyens of their profession. If you are looking for an alternative and innovative evening, the Pizzeria Dea Bendata in Pozzuoli is the perfect choice. We had the pleasure of enjoying an unexpected but delicious combination: Spritz and Tapas. Opting for the Tapas Veggie and Tapas Dea tasting menu, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and creativity of the dishes offered. Among the many tapas, our favorite was undoubtedly the caramelized Tropea onion with rolled bacon, served on a multigrain pizza base. An extraordinary mix of flavours, where the sweetness of the onion and the flavor of the bacon combine perfectly with the crunchiness of the base. The atmosphere of the place, accompanied by attentive and friendly service, made the evening even more pleasant. Pizzeria Dea Bendata offers a unique culinary experience, perfect for those who want to try something different from the usual pizza. We will definitely be back to explore other innovative offerings on their menu!

For fried foods there is little choice, but they are not bad. The zeppoline are with cabbage, not bad, but in any case I prefer the classic zeppole, then there are the croquettes and the pumpkin meatballs which taste more or less the same, the saffron arancini on the other hand were really too good and then there 'it's the giant cornucopia made of pizza dough (I think), which if you eat before and after you can't eat pizza anymore, I assure you (it's huge). The pizzas (at least the ones I ordered) were really good, the edge of the filet pizza was a little too double as well as being a little raw.. For the rest I have nothing to complain about the margherita dop, really very good. There are many other interesting pizzas on the menu but obviously the cost increases. I don't know if I would go back because I wasn't particularly impressed, but it's not a bad place either. Unfortunately, the pizza is difficult to digest, or perhaps it was the fried food... well!

Non è la prima volta che siamo ospiti di questa che consideriamo la nostra pizzeria del cutore. Siamo tornati sabato scorso a cena per degustare le ultime novità proposte da Ciro e Federica. Abbiamo gustato ed apprezzato le Tapas (pù precisamente il trittico Tapas della Dea) una originale novità che abbiamo abbinato alla nuova pizza dalle tre consistenze (zucchine sotto forma di crema, fritte e cotte al forno): ottima pizza bianca come sempre! Ci torneremo prima delle vacanze per degustare altre Tapas che sono in programma con ingredienti ancora più estivi. Oviamente consigliamo a tutti di tovare l'occsione per potersi recare alla Dea bendata per assaggiare le varei delizei che propongono. Le pizze sono così digeribili che noi di solito ne mangiamo due a testa! Complimenti ancora a Ciro e Federica (i suoi dolci sono sempre il top) ed al loro staff cortese e professionale. Dei miei amici mi avevano consigliato questa pizzeria, sul lungomare di Pozzuoli. Sono riuscita dopo tanti anni a mangiare anche il cornicione poichè la pizza era leggerissima. Ho assaggiato anche i dolci ma il mio preferito è stato la sfoglia con crema e amarena, davvero deliziosa. Sono felice di aver scoperto questa pizzeria.
