We didn't need to book for lunch; the pizza maker said no problem. We ordered a pizza. We weren't disappointed, and I asked if it would be possible to make it a little smaller (which he did). Excellent value for money, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The place is very charming and we didn't regret our choice.

In a historic center brimming with options, we chose "Bifora," drawn in by the paper placemats on the solid wood tables, which give the place a casual feel. Friendly staff, generous and well-prepared dishes. Recommended are the spaghetti with clams (prepared without garlic upon request), the excellent double-breaded artichokes, and, to finish, the fantastic dessert with a warm chocolate and pistachio center.

Yes, I recommend it. Very friendly service, really good pizza, reasonable prices. I would go again. There were six of us, tables were set up immediately, and everything was fine.

Pepata di cozze only tasted of tomato, linguine allo scoglio most of the molluscs were closed. Good pizza doesn't seem to me the same management of 5 years I'm sorry the food was divine

We stopped for lunch, the menu of the day I have to say was delicious and compliments to the experienced Italian chef. Also to the waiter service!!!

15/09/2025: A traditional pizzeria in Costa Valle Imagna. A warm and welcoming atmosphere...and I've been going there at least once a year for 40 years. A sure thing! Excellent pizzas at a fair price. Recommended.
02/08/2025: I went for lunch and I have to compliment you!!! The service was impeccable and the quality of the food was excellent, to say the least. The owners are exceptional people, and what can I say about their wine cellar... extraordinary. The appetizer of homemade cured meats was delicious, as was everything else. 22/08/2025: Affordable two-star hotel. It's clean, though, the breakfast room is nice and has plenty of options, and the staff is very friendly. The room is small and modest, but not uncomfortable. One issue I had was the very noisy air conditioning. Good location, just steps from the beach and not far from the historic district. Affordable for Alassio.
20/05/2025: As far as I'm concerned, kind and thoughtful, as well as discreet, excellent breakfast and considering that we are in Alassio perhaps a little expensive but not excessive. I asked for a single and then they gave me a double at the same price for reasons not better specified.....
