We didn't need to book for lunch; the pizza maker said no problem. We ordered a pizza. We weren't disappointed, and I asked if it would be possible to make it a little smaller (which he did). Excellent value for money, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The place is very charming and we didn't regret our choice.

In a historic center brimming with options, we chose "Bifora," drawn in by the paper placemats on the solid wood tables, which give the place a casual feel. Friendly staff, generous and well-prepared dishes. Recommended are the spaghetti with clams (prepared without garlic upon request), the excellent double-breaded artichokes, and, to finish, the fantastic dessert with a warm chocolate and pistachio center.

Yes, I recommend it. Very friendly service, really good pizza, reasonable prices. I would go again. There were six of us, tables were set up immediately, and everything was fine.

Not too salty, fragrant, and well-cooked: simply excellent. A must-try whenever you crave authentic Savona farinata.
31/10/2025: The best farinata in Savona. Thin, crispy, and soft on the inside. Try the one with cod. Takeout available. The only downside is that if you eat in, be prepared to smell like food.

The dishes were top-quality and prepared with exceptional skill, and the service was excellent, knowledgeable, and courteous. The price was fair for the amount and quality of food we ate.
