A charming place in the historic center of Albenga. Good value. Very friendly staff. Artichoke-centric menu. Highly recommended.

This pizzeria-restaurant feels like a step back in time to the '70s, with its decor, its charming clutter, and its prompt and essential service... Even the customers seem like they've stepped out of our past, but it's impossible not to make friends with the neighboring tables, something that's very difficult these days in other restaurants... Huge and delicious pizzas, always cold beer, decidedly reasonable prices... We'll definitely be back in the future to try the restaurant's inviting dishes!

We didn't need to book for lunch; the pizza maker said no problem. We ordered a pizza. We weren't disappointed, and I asked if it would be possible to make it a little smaller (which he did). Excellent value for money, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The place is very charming and we didn't regret our choice.

In a historic center brimming with options, we chose "Bifora," drawn in by the paper placemats on the solid wood tables, which give the place a casual feel. Friendly staff, generous and well-prepared dishes. Recommended are the spaghetti with clams (prepared without garlic upon request), the excellent double-breaded artichokes, and, to finish, the fantastic dessert with a warm chocolate and pistachio center.

24/02/2026: Nice restaurant by the sea with a lovely view. Friendly atmosphere, pleasant and quick service. Good food but small portions. Overall, the price is a bit high for the quality.
17/02/2026: I had lunch at Clapsy with my husband on Valentine's Day. Excellent food, perfect service, and a spacious table. Unfortunately, the table was too close to the door. Even though it was protected by partitions and heated air vents, the cold air blew in every time people and staff entered and exited the outdoor seating. Overall, I'm satisfied and recommend it. Fish and non-fish menus, including pizzas.

07/03/2026: It's a must to leave a review, I'm not used to it... but this time it comes straight from the heart. Farinata was excellent, exceptional... I still get emotional thinking about it, it was so good. The staff was exceptional, kind (that's never a given), attentive, and so friendly. The lady accommodated the children's culinary requests with kindness and a smile. A delightful person in the workplace... that's absolutely not a given. We'll definitely be back; I highly recommend it for a quiet, super-tasty dinner in a simple place that truly warms the heart! White and chickpea farinata (choice of various succulent toppings) was greatly appreciated by both adults and children. Wiener and chips: a super delicious dish, cooked to perfection. Much appreciated by the refined palates of two little girls. Thank you for your exquisite kindness. Congratulations to everyone! See you soon
28/01/2026: The stuffed farinata was very, very good! The service was good, friendly, and fast! While we were waiting for the farinata, we ordered an appetizer to share, which arrived promptly. We'll definitely be back! They also accept dogs!
