Thin and crunchy pizza, top marks. The pasta is very digestible, and a lot of attention is paid to the ingredients: carefully cut vegetables and quality cold cuts. They could go and teach people how to make pizzas. I didn't manage to take a photo of the pizzas because they were immediately devoured.

Historic place in the area, family-run. Equipped with large rooms suitable for hosting large companies. Prices are one of the strong points as is the quality of the pizza. They also have gluten-free dough.

02/01/2025: Starter of world-class octopus, first course pumpkin cappellacci with cooked pears and world-class grilled radicchio, top grilled meat and crunchy and fabulous fries. All accompanied by fresh hot bread in a heat-saving bag, wow. Perfect place to eat luxury while spending less! My teenage son and I enjoyed it to the fullest!

05/01/2025: Excellent, good ingredients, excellent thin and crunchy pasta, clean wood-fired oven bottom. If you pass through Asiago don't hesitate to stop.
