28/12/2025: We've just returned from a wonderful Christmas week. We and our three children had a fantastic time. The hotel staff, from reception to service staff, housekeeping, and the shuttle drivers, were incredibly welcoming. The food was excellent, leaving nothing to be desired. The children loved being able to try everything in reasonable portions and not having to limit themselves to the children's menu. We also really enjoyed the ski area. We hardly ever had to wait in line for the lifts, the slopes were in top condition, and usually quite empty. Early morning skiing with the snowcat ride up to the Ganischgeralm was a special experience. The children are still raving about it. A real luxury is that meals at the two mountain huts are included, and you can even charge drinks to your room. The fact that the hotel isn't directly on the slopes isn't a problem at all thanks to the excellent shuttle service. We'd love to come back and are looking forward to the upcoming improvements!

Lovely team, great service, excellent food, exceptionally clean rooms, comfortable beds, free shuttles to the ski slopes, and a breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired. I'm very curious to see what it will be like next year after the renovations. We certainly felt more than comfortable and would love to come back!
