The pizza is delicious, crunchy and tasty dough, even the part covered by the toppings remains crunchy, fantastic. The formula of the 1/4 pan segments is particular, the quarter of which should correspond to a medium round pizza. It arrives at the table already cut into inviting slices. For me the only flaw is perhaps the price is a bit high Relaxing environment with excellent soft instrumental music that is truly pleasant I consumed 2/4 of the pan as you can see in the video, they should correspond to two normal round pizzas, and yes they filled me up

16/07/2025: Location interessante, interni curati e cucina ottima. Unica piccola pecca é il servizio abbastaza “freddo” fornito dalla cameriera. Birra eccellente e piatti ben serviti. Prezzi molto contenuti (era una cena familiare). Se mai nella vita torno a Sant Antioco tornerò volenteri a mangiare qui.
14/07/2025: Of course, beer reigns supreme; you can choose your favorite. Table service with a 2-liter draft bottle that stays cold is a delight. Delicious pizzas for all tastes, whether you prefer classic or crunchy. Friendly and prompt service. Reservations via the website are fine. Don't hesitate!

Pomata Bistrot

03/07/2025: Very nice bistro, the hotel recommended us to go for dinner and the choice was perfect. I know Pomata in Cagliari and I love tuna, I couldn't help but try it. The pizza is excellent, I tried a gourmet one and it was fabulous: the dough was thin, crunchy and above all dry. The choice of beers was good, as was the rest of the menu; the service could be improved slightly but since the staff is very young, probably some of them are new to the experience, so in a difficult moment for the staff, it's understandable. Well done.
22/06/2025: Very nice place in the alleys of Carloforte. High quality food and impeccable service. I will be back soon!!!
