29/11/2025: I'm sitting here right now, and I find myself thinking about how much time has passed since I last came here. Years... and in the meantime, everything has changed. But for the better, much better. It's like discovering a new place, even if it's an old memory.
The first thing that struck me was the attention to detail on the menu: the grilled meat served "by the meter" or "half a meter," the choice of fish, the pizza... and today, my real surprise: the pinsa. A light, fluffy, fragrant dough. One with potatoes and sausage, a real treat; the other with mortadella, stracciatella, and pistachios... an explosion that makes you close your eyes at the first bite.
And the beer? Properly tapped, fresh, creamy, perfect...
But what really makes the difference is the atmosphere: the warm staff, Cristina and Patrizia, always smiling and genuine. The atmosphere is so welcoming that it almost feels like home, but a home where everything tastes better.
It's rare, extremely rare for me to write a review while still sitting at a table. But I'm doing it today because this place deserves it. A discovery that thrilled me, and one that I definitely won't wait years to do again.
