18/10/2025: If I were to think only about the pizza, my rating would be significantly higher. My pizza was especially good, with Colonnata lard and beetroot puree. Light, with expertly prepared dough and ingredients. But pizza isn't everything. Factors like the atmosphere, the wait, and the staff change.
Pros: Pizza, good and authentic. Quality ingredients. Delicious fried pumpkin.
Cons:
- sterile, spartan atmosphere, bordering on a 1990s pizzeria.
- 4 tables full of people: we were the only ones supposed to eat, and we waited 30 minutes for pizza. A table in front of us, made up of 4 young people, came in 20 minutes later, and they were immediately brought fried chips, and 15 minutes later, the pizza.
- It's not nice that the waiter is always coughing without using primary and secondary prevention methods.
- Even though the pizza was cheap (10 euros for a "special" pizza), the bill for 3 people was still 30 euros each. We ordered:
1 montanarina (€12 for three of these seems excessive) and a plate of fried zucchini flowers (4 pieces), all divided into three parts.
3 pizzas, mine was the most complex.
A dessert divided into three parts.
3 bitters.
2 regular beers.
I think the price, despite being in the Vibo Valentia hinterland, should be slightly lower overall. I'm confident, but the restaurant's ambience itself doesn't inspire me to return. There are many things that could be improved.
10/09/2025: Very Good Pizza and also the fried plate for two persons, was very delicous.
Friendly and commited staff.
We can recommend this Restaurant and we're, very happy, to eat there!
